Thanks for that Derek. The guy who saw it said it was 'in the new livery' and I asked if it was #66413 and he said 'yes' but #66413 is not local so I wondered if it was #66420 which was at York this morning. Confirmation looks quite likely. Cheers

Can he tell his green from his orange ?---or he thinks the new livery is Powerhaul (which it is apart from 66413)and he got his numbers wrong !

I think he has learning difficulties and he has not been reliable in the past despite he is a railway enthusiast, allegedly, at reporting numbers or even days when he saw them!!!
